It’s actually quite useful once you get used the Office 2010 new format but if you can't then don't update! Stick to the old versions. Microsoft Office 2010 Excel 2007 puts the chart on two monitors with half on each monitor and is restricted in size to the Office 2010 key size of paper you can use. If you contract the Microsoft Office window, part of the chart disappears.
